Reuters shared the news with reference to the statement of Labor Minister Hubertus Heil.
Heil said that around 800,000 people from Ukraine have already found asylum in Germany, 30% of whom are under 14 years old.
Germany's labor bureau last month reported a rise in the number of unemployed as Ukrainian refugees registered with the bureau in search of work.
According to Heil, about 360,000 Ukrainians are currently registered in the German social security system, of which 260,000 are looking for work.
"Now it's about giving them jobs," he added.
The UN refugee agency said on Wednesday that more than 9 million people have crossed the border of Ukraine since the Russian invasion.
