Russia attacks civilian objects in Kharkiv killing one person, injuring 9

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, and the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov.
"Explosions are heard in Kharkiv - the city is under the aggressor's attack. Be careful," Terekhov wrote.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Air Force reported the use of ballistic weapons and guided bombs in the Kharkiv region.
Later, Terekhov clarified that the attack resulted in hits in Kyivskyi and Kholodnohirskyi districts of the city: "Civilian objects were hit. In Kyivskyi district, again, like yesterday, there was a hit in the area of residential buildings. The information about the victims and damage is being clarified."
At the same time, Syniehubov noted that the strikes were recorded near the park area. Probably, Russia was using guided aerial bombs.
The head of the Regional Military Administration said that as of 10:40 a.m., two people were killed and six wounded in the strikes in Kharkiv.
At around 10:43 a.m., Suspilne reported a series of explosions north of Kharkiv.
At 11:13 a.m., Terekhov clarified the information and said that one person was killed in the attack, and 7 people were injured of varying severity.
As of 1 p.m., Terekhov reported 9 wounded.
The State Emergency Service said that in Kyivskyi district, the explosion damaged administrative buildings and more than 40 private garages - three of them caught fire, 3 cars caught fire, and 6 others were damaged. Meanwhile, in Kholodnohirskyi district, a Russian bomb caused destruction in two civilian buildings.
In turn, Ukrzaliznytsia Railways reported that a track worker, Oleksandr Kot, born in 1998, was killed in the Russian attack. He was at work when the Russian troops launched an air strike. The man died as a result of shrapnel wounds. Another railroad worker was wounded and is being provided with all necessary medical care.
"Among the nine wounded, three women aged 28, 38, 40 and one 42-year-old man were hospitalized - all with explosive injuries. Six people were provided with medical aid on the spot, the vast majority of them suffered from severe stress reaction," said Syniehubov.
