Gauleiter of Liubymivka and Vasylivka, Andrii Shtepa, is blown up in Kherson region 

He wrote about this on Facebook. 

“According to preliminary information, the collaborator who was blown up in Kakhovka is Shnyr. Sorry for the slang, but that's what these "valuable personnel" of the occupation authorities are,” he wrote. 

Khlan explained that Shnyr is Shtepa's call sign. He also noted that Shtepa sold prohibited narcotic substances and handed in Ukrainian activists to the occupying Russian forces. 

“I think it is clear from the very nickname "Shnyr" that this collaborator, who served the occupiers, was a moonshine and drug dealer. He willingly handed over Ukrainian activists to the Russians,” the message says.
