Gaidai: there is not a single surviving hospital in the Luhansk region

This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Sergiy Gaidai.

According to him, now the medical facility is located in the occupied part of the city. On its territory, the Russians record a video and blame the Ukrainian military for the destruction.
Gaidai also reports that the chief doctor has gone over to the side of the invader and plays along with him, "although he knows exactly who and when destroyed the hospital".
"The Rashists deliberately deprive the Luhansk region of healthcare facilities so that the wounded have no chance to survive. We will rebuild the hospitals, and the traitors will feel the effect of the Law on Collaborators", Gaidai assures.
