This was announced by the director of the EBRD in the countries of Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, Matteo Patrone, at the conference in Lugano dedicated to the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war - Interfax-Ukraine.
"Perhaps there are other opinions. But the distribution should be as follows: 60% - confiscated Russian assets, and 40% - private sector," - he said.
According to Patrone, in order to implement the plan for the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war, the project of which was presented by the government at the conference, coordination between international partners is needed, and not only between the government and the world community.
