France to hand over 100 powerful generators to Ukraine
France has decided to hand over 100 powerful generators to Ukraine, which will help people survive the winter

French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna wrote about this on Twitter.
“To help the population of Ukraine endure, France is sending 100 French powerful generators to Ukraine, while Russia wants to make winter a weapon of war,” she tweeted.
Colonna emphasized that strikes on civilian infrastructure are war crimes.
Officials estimate that about 50% of Ukraine's energy facilities have been damaged in the recent Russian missile strikes.
