Serhiy Bratchuk, spokesman of the head of Odesa Regional Military Administration, believes that Kadyrov soldiers wanted to be the first to escape from Kherson

He said this live on air of the Espreso TV channel.

"When Russian occupying forces tried to cross to the left bank of Dnipro River, Kadyrov soldiers shot several Russians. There was a fight for boats, for watercraft. This is the manner and behavior of the Russian army, which is the first in the world in looting", Bratchuk emphasized.

According to him, there is a lot of enemy equipment left in Kherson.

"All types of enemy equipment are represented there, starting with tanks and ending with automobiles. The Ukrainian military will eventually count the trophies from Kherson," Bratchuk noted.
