Ukraine's Armed Forces repelled 41 enemy attacks in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Marinka directions over the last day, with the fiercest fighting taking place in Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Mariinka

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported this on March 27.

Defense Forces hit the enemy's SAMs and landed a Russian Eagle-10

Ukrainian aviation launched 9 strikes on the invading Russian forces' military positions, as well as one strike on an anti-aircraft missile system.

The Ukrainian military also shot down an enemy Orlan-10 UAV.

Meanwhile, missile and artillery units hit 2 control points and an enemy manpower concentration area.

Russian forces launched 7 airstrikes and 10 missile attacks against Ukraine over the last day

Moreover, invading Russian troops launched 15 attacks with multiple rocket launchers.

Near the state Ukrainian border with Russia and Belarus, the situation hasn't changed significantly, and no enemy offensive groups have been detected.

At the same time, the Russian Federation continued shelling the entire border line with mortars and artillery: 1 settlement in the Chernihiv region, 5 more in the Sumy region, as well as 4 villages in the Kharkiv region were attacked.

  • In the Kupiansk and Lyman directions, the Russian enemy conducted unsuccessful offensives in the areas of 2 settlements. 12 more localities came under artillery fire.

  • In the Bakhmut direction, the Russian forces continue to assault the city of Bakhmut, which is held by Ukrainian defenders. 9 more localities in the Donetsk region were attacked.

  • In the Avdiivka and Marinka directions, the Russian troops conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the direction of 7 settlements. They used non-lethal aerosol 'tear gas' grenades in the areas of 4 more settlements. Over 10 localities were shelled.

  • In the Shakhtarsk direction, 4 settlements in the Donetsk region were shelled.

  • In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy continues to conduct defensive actions. 11 towns and villages were subjected to Russian attacks.

Major Rodion Kudriashov, deputy commander of the 3rd Detached Assault Brigade, noted that the enemy does not give up its intention to capture Bakhmut, but the city and logistics routes are under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
