Explosions in Kharkiv region

On the night of August 13 to 14, explosions occurred in the Kharkiv region

An air alert was announced in Kharkiv and the region at 1:05 a.m. Immediately explosions occurred in the city.

As of 1:15 a.m., there is no official information about the location of the shelling and the number of victims.

On the morning of August 14, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov, said that no strikes were recorded in Kharkiv that night.

"Yesterday, after 6 p.m., the occupiers fired incendiary ammunition at civilian infrastructure in the Kyiv district. The roofs of commercial buildings were on fire. There were no casualties", he wrote.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration also added that in the region at night, the Defense Headquarters recorded rocket launches from the territory of the Russian Federation. Around 1:00 a.m., the Russians attacked the Zmiivska community. 3 residents were injured: a 27-year-old man and 38- and 74-year-old women. Their condition is mild.

Surrounding houses and cars were damaged.  One of the missiles hit a critical infrastructure facility.

"During the day, the Russian occupiers struck the Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv, and Kharkiv districts. The Russians repeatedly shelled Tsirkuny - houses, garages, and farm buildings were on fire. While the enemy is intimidating the civilian population, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repulse the Russians on the front lines. The occupier tried to conduct reconnaissance by fighting near Pytomnyk, but suffered another fiasco", Synyehubov wrote.
