 According to preliminary data, on March 14 at 5:09 a.m., the operational coordination center of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv received a message about a fire that had broken out in the Obolon district.

According to updated data from the Kyiv City State Administration, one person died. 10 were injured. About 70 people were evacuated from the house.

It was established that as a result of hitting an unknown object, the staircase from the 1st to the 3rd floors and the facade of the house from the 1st to the 9th floors were partially destroyed. In addition, there was a fire in the apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors.

At 07:04 a fire in a nine-story residential building was located in an area of ​​500 square meters. Firefighting continues.

At the scene, 9 units of basic and special fire and rescue equipment, as well as 35 rescuers are involved.

Earlier, on the official Telegram channel of Gerashchenko, it was reported that explosions thundered in the Kyiv region of Obolon at night. On Bogatyrska street, 20, as a result of an artillery shell hitting a nine-story residential building, apartments from the 1st to the 3rd floors were partially destroyed. In particular, apartments on the 3rd and 4th floors caught fire.
