The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, announced this on Telegram.
According to him, the explosion occurred at 14:00 in the area of the chess school. Fedorov said that immediately after the explosion, the occupiers blocked the roads.
According to the reports of the locals, automatic gunfire rang out and a body covered with a black film was seen.
"We are waiting for the details of who was killed," Fedorov commented .
