This was announced by the mayor of Mykolaiv Oleksandr Sienkovych in his telegram.
Russians used cluster bombs, and there were casualties as a result of the explosion. The head of the Mykolaiv regional council on humanitarian issues, Hanna Zamazeyeva, reports that at least 2 dead and 12 wounded are now known.
The mayor added that all necessary services are working at the scene. More detailed information will be provided later.
