Yevhen Yevtushenko, the head of the Nikopol military administration, reported this on Telegram.
The head of the military administration suggested that the invaders' ammunition had exploded.
"Today, a huge column of white smoke suddenly rose over the opposite bank. Currently, there are two versions that are being checked by the relevant services. The first is that the conclave elected a new pontiff. The second is that there was a large-scale detonation of Russian ammunition on the opposite bank of the reservoir. In any case, it will not be superfluous to thank the Ukrainian Defense Forces," Yevtushenko wrote.
Earlier, the Melitopol mayor Ivan Fedorov said that in occupied Enerhodar, partisans blew up the car of a collaborator police officer.
