Explosion heard near military airfield in Russian Krasnodar region
On Sunday, 2 July, there was an explosion near a military airfield in Russia's Krasnodar Territory, creating a crater 10 metres in diameter

It is reported that local residents of Primorsko-Akhtarsk heard a loud explosion at 16:00. According to eyewitnesses, a column of black smoke rose into the sky afterwards.
The Baza Telegram channel published a photo of the crater and noted that its diameter was about 10 metres.
In turn, the Mash Telegram channel claims that it was an air defence system that shot down a missile that allegedly tried to attack a fuel depot on the territory of a military airfield.
The governor of the region, Veniamin Kondratiev, said there were no casualties or injuries.
"We are now investigating the causes of what happened," he wrote.
- On Wednesday, 28 June, explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia region. Preliminary reports indicate that Russian forces arrived at a military base and a depot used by the enemy for weapons logistics.
