"I see a lot of comments from angry Ukrainians about why we take prisoners. I understand the emotions, recently I had the same position, but we all must understand that every captured Russian invader is a potential life of our hero for an exchange", Arakhamiya said.

The People's Deputy noted that during the battles of artillery at long distances it became much more difficult to take prisoners.

"Therefore, there are problems with the replenishment of the exchange fund", he summed up.
