EU customs visa-free: Verkhovna Rada ratifies convention on joint transit, simplifying trade

The Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine's Parliament) has taken the last step on the path toward visa-free customs and approved two ratifications

Ukrainian People's Deputy Yaroslav Zhelezniak wrote about this on Telegram.

Ukrainian People's Deputies voted for two bills:

Both bills were voted on as a whole and received more than 270 votes.

'Customs visa-free' means faster movement of goods between the countries of the European region, less bureaucracy at the customs itself, fewer opportunities for abuse, and exchange of data with neighboring customs offices in real time.
