EU countries hand over more than 1000 generators to Ukraine

This was reported by European Commissioner for Crisis Management Janez Lenarcic.

"To provide electricity to homes and hospitals, European countries have offered more than 1000 power generators to Ukraine," - he said.

According to Lenarcic, almost 78,000 tonnes of in-kind assistance have also been delivered to Ukraine through the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.
