"The EU ambassadors approved all the details of the package of sanctions against Russia and launched the so-called written procedure, which will end tomorrow at 10:00 a.m.," he said.
The eighth package of sanctions included:

Prohibition of sea transportation of Russian oil to third countries at prices exceeding the upper limit of the price of oil, and a ban on related services;

Extended ban on the import of goods - metal products, wood pulp, paper, machines and devices, chemicals, plastics, cigarettes, etc.;

Ban on the provision of IT, engineering and legal services to Russian entities, further ban on the export of technologies;
-
Extension of the sanctions regime to Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, new criteria for bypassing sanctions and new lists.
Therefore, the official publication of the sanctions package is expected on October 6.
