Matti Maasikas reported that he had not been in Kyiv for some time, in particular because he contracted the coronavirus and was being treated.
The ambassador noted that at the meeting with Stefanishyna, he “assessed the solid progress in delivering on the 7 recommendations on Ukraine's EU path.”
