Estonian Foreign Minister reacts to video of brutal execution of Ukrainian soldier

He wrote about this on Twitter.

The minister emphasized that after this video, there can be no talk of Russia's participation in the Olympic Games.

"A Video is circulating on Twitter showing Russians beheading Ukrainian soldier...And yet we are literally talking about the need for dialogue and competing against each other in the Olympics? What are we doing here? Estonia stands and will stand with Ukraine. Until it's victory" he writes.
