Estonia prepares "gift" for Prigozhin, who sent bloodied sledgehammer to European Parliament
Estonian FM Urmas Reinsalu has prepared a response for the Wagner PMC head Prigozhin. He will send handcuffs to the headquarters of the International Criminal Court in The Hague
Reinsalu wrote about this on his Twitter.
“Terrorists are laughing at victims in Ukraine. This week Prigozhin sent a sledgehammer to the European Parliament after the European Parliament recognized Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism,” Urmas Reinsalu said, adding that he would send handcuffs to the headquarters of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, where they would be waiting for Prigozhin and his accomplices for crimes committed in Ukraine.
Earlier, a video of the alleged execution of a recruited prisoner who fought as part of the illegal armed Wagner formation was circulated online. In September, the mercenary decided to surrender to Ukrainian captivity. After that, he gave an interview to a Ukrainian journalist, where he criticized the regime of the Russian dictator and declared his desire to fight on the side of Ukraine. He was sentenced to 24 years in prison for manslaughter, and later received another four years for the failed escape.
The mercenary said he was abducted on November 11, lost consciousness and came around in a cellar. After that the video showed this man brutally executed with his head smashed by a sledgehammer.
