Ukrainian forces strike Atlas oil depot in Russia’s Rostov region on August 28

Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported the information.
"On the night of August 28, the Atlas oil storage facility in Russia's Rostov region was struck, leading to a fire that erupted in the facility's vertical storage tanks. Fire trains are reportedly being used to combat the blaze," the statement said.
The Zenit oil depot in the Kirov region and the field artillery depot of the West group of Russian troops in the Voronezh region also came under attack by Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to the General Staff, units from Ukraine's Special Operations Forces, along with the Main Intelligence Directorate, participated in the destruction of Russian targets in coordination with other components of the Defense Forces.
