The operational situation in the northern Ukrainian border remains without significant changes.

Near the northeastern border area, the Russian army maintains a military presence, conducts subversive activities to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to threatened areas.

In the Kupyansk direction, Ukrainian forces defeated 14 attacks in the vicinity of Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, Berestove, Kopanky in Kharkiv region and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk region.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian forces fought off 14 attacks carried out by the Russians in the areas of Hrekivka, Novoiehorivka, Nevske and Serebryanske forestry in Luhansk region, as well as Terny in Donetsk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces beat back 20 attacks in the areas of Bilohorivka, Luhansk region; Verkhnyokamianske, Spirne, Novyi, Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders rebuffed 39 attacks in the areas of Kalynove, Arkhanhelske, Prohress, Ocheretyne, Sokil, Soloviovo, Novopokrovske, Semenivka, Umanske, Yasnobrodivka, Netailove, Pervomaiske in the Donetsk region.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces are holding back the Russian troops near Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Novomykhailivka, Vodiane and Urozhaine in Donetsk region. The Russian units, supported by air power, tried to break through Ukrainian troops' defenses 22 times.

In the Orikhiv direction, the Russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions twice near Staromayorske, Donetsk region, and Robotyne, Zaporizhzhia region.

In the Kherson direction, the Russian military keeps on trying to drive Ukrainian units out of their footholds on the left bank of the Dnipro River. Over the past day, they carried out 9 unsuccessful attacks on Ukrainian troops.

Russia's shelling of Ukraine

In total, the Russian aggressors launched 5 missile strikes, 63 air strikes, fired 72 times from multiple launch rocket systems at Ukrainian troops' positions and populated areas. Unfortunately, Russian terrorist attacks have resulted in deaths and injuries among the civilian population. Civilian infrastructure facilities were destroyed and damaged.

7 settlements in Kharkiv region; 12 settlements in Donetsk region; 2 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region; air strikes hit 3 settlements in Kherson region.

More than 120 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions were under artillery fire.

Russian military facilities destruction

Ukrainian warriors are actively inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying Russian forces, depleting the enemy along the entire front line.

Over the past day, Ukrainian aviation and missile units of Ukrainian Defense Forces struck 1 control point, 1 UAV ground control station and 8 areas of Russian troops' concentration.
