General Staff's report: 92 combat engagements took place in the frontline over the last day

The operational situation has not changed in the area of the northern Ukrainian border with Belarus.

In the northeastern border area, the Russian army maintains a military presence, conducts sabotage activities to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to threatened areas, and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the Kupyansk direction, the invading Russian army did not conduct offensive (assault) actions.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian troops defeated 21 Russian troops' attacks near Bilohorivka, Luhansk region, and Terniv, Hryhorivka, Donetsk region.

In the Bakhmut direction, Ukrainian Armed Forces fought off 12 Russian attacks near Bohdanivka and Klishchiivka in Donetsk region.

In the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders are holding back the Russian forces, who are trying to encircle Avdiivka. Ukrainian soldiers are steadfastly holding the line, inflicting significant losses on the invaders. Over the past day, the Ukrainian Defense Forces beat back 21 Russian troops' attacks near Novobakhmutivka, Avdiivka and another 8 attacks near Pervomaiske and Nevelske in Donetsk region.

In the Marinka direction, the Ukrainian military keep holding back the invading Russian forces near Heorhiivka, Pobieda and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region. Ukrainian defenders countered 20 Russian attacks.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, Ukrainian troops repelled a Russian attack south of Zolota Nyva in Donetsk region.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces rebuffed four Russian attacks near Robotyne and west of Verbove in the Zaporizhzhia region.

In the Kherson direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces are holding their positions and repelling Russian troops' assaults. Despite significant losses, the Russian forces are trying to drive Ukrainian units out of their positions. Over the past day, the occupying Russian army carried out 2 unsuccessful attacks.

Russian army launches 4 missiles, 27 air strikes on Ukrainian territory

Over the last day, 92 combat engagements took place. In total, the Russian army launched 4 missiles, 27 air strikes, fired 88 times from multiple launch rocket systems at Ukrainian troops' positions and populated areas.

At night, the Russian forces attacked Ukraine once again, using 15 Shahed-136/131 UAVs. Ukrainian air defense forces downed 12 attack UAVs.

1 settlement in Sumy region; 5 settlements in Kharkiv region; 3 settlements in Donetsk region; Novodarivka, Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia region were hit by air strikes.

More than 140 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.

Ukrainian defense forces eliminated 2 Russian personnel concentration areas and 2 ammunition depots

Over the past day, Ukrainian aviation struck 13 Russian troop concentration areas and 2 anti-aircraft missile systems. Ukrainian air defense forces downed one Kh-59 guided missile.

Ukrainian missile troops struck at 2 Russian control points, 2 areas of personnel concentration, 2 ammunition depots and 3 artillery pieces.
