Russia loses 26 tanks, 60 artillery systems, 1,200 soldiers over past day

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff shared their regular report, as below.

The total Russian combat losses from February 24, 2022, to June 9, 2024, amounted to:

• personnel - about 518,560 (+1270) people,

• tanks - 7,869 (+26)

• armored combat vehicles - 15,131 (+26)

• artillery systems - 13,593 (+60) 

• MLRS - 1097 (+2) 

• air defense systems - 836 (+2) 

• aircraft - 357 (+0)

• helicopters - 326 (+0) 

• UAVs of the operational and tactical level - 10,982 (+37) 

• cruise missiles - 2,277 (+0) 

• ships/boats - 28 (+0) 

• submarines - 1 (+0) 

• motor vehicles and tankers - 18,562 (+78) 

• special equipment - 2253 (+5) 

Over June 8, 76 combat engagements took place on the frontline, with Ukrainian troops repelling 27 Russian attacks in the Pokrovsk sector.
