“In the Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk regions emergency power outages are currently in place due to another Russia's mass attack on critical infrastructure facilities, Schedules for stabilization outages are not yet in effect,” DTEK said in a message.
Residents are assured that they will return to stabilization schedules as soon as the situation in the power system levels out.

The Ukrainian government reported that energy facilities in the Kyiv, Vinnytsia, and Odesa regions were hit by enemy strikes.
