This was reported by the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko in his telegram.
The report states that as a result of shelling by Russian occupiers of the city's critical infrastructure, it became necessary to apply emergency power cutoff schedules. Industrial consumers and part of the civilian population will be temporarily without electricity.
Klitschko reports that energy workers are doing everything necessary to restore normal electricity supply as soon as possible.
Kyivvodokanal is still working on the elimination of damage to the capital's water supply, but the pressure in the network is already normal, so the water supply is working.
