Elderly people forced to get Russian passports to receive pensions in Kherson region
In Kherson region's Skadovsk district, pension payments have stopped being delivered to older people's homes. Instead, they are forced to go to police stations to receive Russian passports in order to collect their pension

The General Staff reports this in the evening report of December 4.
"In the temporarily occupied Skadovsky District, post office workers stopped delivering payments to pensioners. In post offices, to receive pensions, the invaders force elderly people to write applications and obtain passports and citizenship of Russia," the report says.
Also, the General Staff informed, in the Kherson region, on the Chaika river, under the guise of combating sabotage reconnaissance groups, the Russian forces set up a checkpoint and banned the passage for private boats.
"The Russian forces restrict the rights and freedoms of civilians in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region," the General Staff notes.
