During large-scale aggression, Russians destroyed more than 60 churches in 8 regions - General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

"During the month of the war, the Russian army destroyed more than 60 Ukrainian churches and religious buildings. The Russians destroy two spiritual buildings every day", the report says.

Temples were destroyed in at least 8 regions of Ukraine, namely: in Kyiv, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhya, Luhansk, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv.

These are mainly Orthodox churches, but the invaders also destroyed mosques, synagogues, Protestant churches, religious educational institutions, and important administrative buildings of religious organizations.
