DPR militants who stormed towns in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions will spend up to 15 years in prison
Three terrorists from the so-called Donetsk People's Republic who surrendered to Ukrainian Armed Forces in 2022 will spend up to 15 years in prison: they fought against Ukraine in the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions

Three DPR fighters of enemy Southern Military District took active part in the storming of peaceful towns of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions: they were captured by Ukrainian Armed Forces in 2022.
So, according to Ukrainian Security Service materials, the court sentenced men from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.
"Among convicts is a man who came to the temporarily occupied Donetsk back in 2015 and joined terrorist Vostok group. After February 24, he fought against Ukrainian Defense Forces in Pisky village, where he was captured.
The next criminal is commander of the grenade-throwing unit of the so-called DPR People's Police under the control of occupying Russian forces, who took part in hostilities in Zaporizhzhia region. Another fighter was part of the "100th Separate Motorized Rifle Division of the 1st Army Corps of Russian Armed Forces". In the ranks of occupying Russian forces, he was involved in repair and maintenance of Russian military equipment," law enforcement officers provided.
Perpetrators will be tried according to the articles of Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪︎ Part 2 of Art. 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine);
▪︎ Part 1 Art. 258-3 (participation in a terrorist group or terrorist organization);
▪︎ Part 2 Art. 260 (participation in paramilitary or armed formations not provided for by law).
Another man was also accused of treason committed under martial law (part 2 of article 111 of Criminal Code of Ukraine).
