The European Commission has assessed the level of destruction of Ukraine's energy infrastructure as almost critical and said the EU is working on assistance package
Janez Lenarčič, European Commissioner for Crisis Management, expressed his opinion on Twitter.
“The destruction of Ukraine's energy infrastructure is reaching a critical point. The EU is working uninterruptedly to help sustain its electricity supply,” he tweeted.

On November 15, the Russian forces attacked a number of regions of Ukraine. Explosions rang out in Kyiv, Lviv, Rivne, Kharkiv and the region, Kryvyi Rih, Zhytomyr, as well as other cities.
