Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai, stated this.
"De-occupation of the Luhansk region will perhaps be the most difficult in Ukraine as a whole. The Russian enemy continues to draw up reserves, Russian troops had time to prepare, continuous mining, wooded terrain and bombing by Putin - all this complicates the advance of Ukraine Armed Forces in Luhansk direction," he said.
Haidai added that recently Ukrainian Armed Forces "demobilized" a hundred Russian military personnel, and not even a single one was wounded on our side."
Earlier, Haidai said that Ukrainian Armed Forces will have a springboard for an offensive in Sievierodonetsk and Rubizhne direction after de-occupation of Kreminna.
