Creation of Capabilities Coalition: Ukraine's Defense Minister summarizes first results of Ramstein format meeting
Following a meeting in the Ramstein format on September 19, Ukraine agreed with its allies to create a Capabilities Coalition and further support Ukraine with weapons
Ukraine's Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced this on his Facebook page.
He wrote that over 50 countries united by the Ramstein format have agreed to launch an initiative to create a Capabilities Coalition.
"The main goal is to prepare the Ukraine's Future Defense Forces," Umerov said. Therefore, the Ministry of Defense has identified five clusters of military aid to Ukraine, which, according to him, "will outline priority needs."

"Our partners once again confirmed their commitment to support Ukraine. I am grateful to the participants for their steadfast support of Ukraine. Our army, even after nineteen months of fierce fighting, remains highly motivated, and the Ukrainian people have no intention of giving up," Rustem Umerov wrote.
- On Tuesday, September 19, the 15th meeting of the Contact Group on Ukraine's Defense in the Ramstein format was held in Germany in a face-to-face format, attended for the first time by Ukraine's new Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
