Trump's Special Representative for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, has commented on President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's phone call with Donald Trump
He wrote about this in X.
“Good. This is classic DJT. Always willing to engage,” the post says.
Kellogg also thanked Volodymyr Zelenskyy for his condolences over the deaths in the Texas floods, especially among young people.
“Both Presidents recognize the pain of the loss of the young in peace and war. Compassion is a key part of leadership,” the diplomat added.

American President Donald Trump held a phone conversation with Russian leader Vladimir Putin on July 3. In particular, the U.S. leader raised the issue of ending the war in Ukraine.
Trump said that he had “made no progress” on ending the war in Ukraine during a phone conversation with the Kremlin leader.
The very next day, on July 4, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone conversation with Donald Trump, in particular on air defense and sky protection.
