This was announced by Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson regional military administration.
He reported that three boys, aged 12 to 16, were rescued from the occupied territories in the Kherson region.
"Each of them endured the hardships of Russian occupation. They were forced to attend Russian schools, constantly risking separation from their parents if they refused. Now, the children are safe and receiving all necessary support from the relevant services," the report stated.
Prokudin expressed gratitude to the charitable organization "Save Ukraine" and noted that since the start of 2024, 236 children from the Kherson region have been returned to Ukrainian-controlled areas.
- Earlier, Ukraine managed to bring back eight children from occupied territories in the Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions, as well as from Crimea.
