Collaborators want to hold "referendum" on Zaporizhzhia joining the Russian Federation in early Fall 

This was reported by the Russian state agency Interfax.

"I, as the head of the military-civilian administration of the Zaporizhzhia region, have decided to hold a referendum, which will take place in early autumn," said Balytskyi. The "referendum" will supposedly determine "what the people of Zaporizhzhia region want and how they want to live."

According to Balytskyi, the mechanisms for voting are now being "worked out".
