The National Resistance Center reported the information.
"In southern Ukraine, collaborators steal from farmers and export Ukrainian grain. The same scheme is used in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions," the agency emphasizes.
Farmers in the occupied territories of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions are forced to sell their grain cheaply to so-called state-owned enterprises, which are actually controlled by collaborators.
Reportedly, if a farmer leaves the region, his grain is "confiscated," meaning that his elevator is robbed and transported to Russia. The collaborators resell the Ukrainian grain at market price in the country sponsoring terrorism and take the difference.
This is not the first case of plundering the agricultural sector in the temporarily occupied territories.
Russia has created a special institution for the "distribution of humanitarian aid," which is actually a branch of the state reserve. By its order, local farmers have to give away part of their crops for free or for a nominal fee.
In July 2022, Russian ships with 54,000 tons of grain stolen from Ukraine entered Syrian ports.
In the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region, Russians are demanding that farmers sell them grain for cheap.
