Civilian shot in Kyiv region: Russian sniper to be tried for war crime
The Russian Armed Forces' sniper will be tried for crimes against a civilian in the Kyiv region.

The Prosecutor General's Office shared this information on Telegram.
The Ukrainian prosecutor's office referred the case of the sniper of the 15th "peacekeeping" Brigade of the 2nd Guards Combined Army of the Central Military District of the Russian Armed Forces to court. The Russian soldier will be tried for violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder.
The Russian occupier, in February of this year, during the invasion of the village of Peremoha of the Brovary district, in the Kyiv region, shot a civilian: "He fired a targeted fatal shot at a civilian man. At that moment, the unarmed victim was returning home and did not pose any threat to him".
