Russia’s fakes for October 10: What Zelenskyy discussed in Romania and who in Ukraine gives money to ISIS?

According to Ukraine's Center for Countering Disinformation, on October 10, the Russians launched three major deceptions.
Fake: Deputy Head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said that "ISIS regularly receives 'large sponsorship contributions from the Zelenskyy clique' as well as weapons stolen by Ukrainian nationalists from NATO supplies."
Disinformation: Russian State Duma Speaker Vladimir Volodin said: "The United States of America, together with Brussels, filled Ukraine with weapons, and the leadership of Ukraine, those who run everything there, took and resold them to the Middle East countries."
Manipulation: The pro-Russian telegram channel 'Zhenshchina s kosoi' wrote: "There are rumors on the sidelines that in Romania, Zelenskyy discussed the deportation of Ukrainian male refugees of military age."
