Espreso TV reports this.
According to the CCD at the NSDC, on March 14, the Russians pushed deceptive information in three ways.
Misinformation: Russian mass media reported that in response to one of the questions, President of Russia Putin stated: "Russia has been patiently trying to restore relations with Ukraine for decades, but the situation changed after the 2014 coup d'état."
Manipulation: During the congress opening of the International Russophile Movement, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Lavrov said that "Russia sees direct Nazism in more and more European countries."
Fake: The so-called prosecutor of the unrecognized Transnistria Guretsky said that a terrorist attack against the OSCE delegation was being prepared in the city of Bendery on the instructions of Ukraine’s Security Service. "It was established that a terrorist attack was being prepared against the OSCE delegation on February 14 near the Bendery fortress, at the moment when the delegation was supposed to return to Chisinau."
