Center for Countering Disinformation published fakes from Russia from October 25

According to the CCD at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, on October 25, Russians launched three major deceptions.

Disinformation: The representative of the Russian Federation at the UN, D. Polyanskyi, stated: "Russia presented evidence about the "dirty bomb" of Ukraine at the UN Security Council... in the leadership circles of Kyiv, due to the information of the Russian Federation about the "dirty bomb", a commotion began, there are signals that they are trying to "shut down" this program".

Manipulation: Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation S. Kiriyenko stated: "The West has launched a hybrid war against Russia... The Russian Federation is restricting access to technologies, imposing numerous sanctions, cyber-attacks are being carried out on Russian information resources, and Russians are facing Russophobia online."

Disinformation: Russian mass media, with reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, reported that "the US is carrying out cyber attacks against Russia by the hands of Ukrainians... the anti-Russian campaign is carried out by a specially created IT army of Ukrainians... Washington does not even hide its direct participation in conducting cyber war against the Russian Federation."
