The Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council states that Russia launched three major disinfo campaigns on July 13.
Manipulation: Russian mass media, with reference to the Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, O. Bocharov, reported: "Unbleached office paper of Russian production has properties beneficial to health. It turns out that more textured paper is good for human eyes."
Disinformation: The Russian Defense Ministry stated that "in the city of Druzhkivka, Donetsk region, in the building of the city polyclinic, the servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces equipped firing positions and sniper points, in the basement as a 'human shield' staff and patients are forcibly detained, the approaches to the institution are mined, but local residents it was deliberately not reported."
Fake story: Collaborators-'leaders' of the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region stated that "with the help of a helicopter, the Ukrainian military began to set fire to fields with wheat and other grains on the border territories of the region."
