The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, shared the statement during a telethon.
"Russian occupiers have done three things in the south: eaten, smoked, and died," Fedorov said ironically.
The mayor said that the local owner had set up a dual business in the former kindergarten: he turned the main hall into a cafe where the occupiers ate, and used the warehouse to store enemy ammunition.
According to Fedorov, the detonation lasted more than an hour and a half, and the flames spread to two Russian KamAZ trucks and collaborators' equipment.
"Russia organizes its life in such a way that where it eats, it keeps ammunition depots. This is very good, because one shot can eliminate ammunition depots, traitors and enemy cannon fodder," Fedorov added.
- Recently, Fedorov reported that the Russian occupiers brought another mobile crematorium to the temporarily occupied Melitopol in Zaporizhzhia region. Local residents complain about the terrible smell.
