Budanov speaks about Putin's doubles

The Director of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Kyrylo Budanov, says Vladimir Putin may regularly be replaced by doppelgängers in public appearances.

Kyrylo Budanov stated this in a video that was broadcast on the All-Ukrainian telethon.

Putin can really be replaced by doppelgängers, Budanov believes. "The picture, let's say, of the ears, is different. And it's like a fingerprint, each person's ear picture is unique. It cannot be repeated," the scout notes.

Budanov believes that the dictator can really avoid appearing in public. His doubles can do it instead of him. "Different Putins" have been noticed for many years.

Different facial features, earlobes, chin, different head shape and even different hairline. "They have different habits, different mannerisms, different gaits, sometimes even different heights, if you look closely," Budanov noted.

"This is a collective Putin - the most correct wording... Who today fulfills the role of a conditional Putin is an absolutely open question," Budanov believes.
