Born in Odessa, was killing in Syria and Georgia: intelligence exposed the head of the first World War II carpet bombing of Mariupol

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense in Telegram.

 

"The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine received data on an international criminal born in Ukraine, involved in the killings of civilians in Georgia and Syria, continues to faithfully serve the Putin regime, directly participating in the destruction of his native land!", the message says.

 

We are talking about Sergiy Kobylash, commander of the long-range aviation of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, lieutenant general, who is participating in an open military invasion of Ukraine.

 

Kobylash, who was born in Odessa, is responsible for the cruise missile attacks on Ukrainian cities and infrastructure, according to intelligence reports.

 

"This led to significant destruction of civilian infrastructure and casualties among the civilian population. For the first time since the end of World War II, under his leadership, heavy bombers carried out carpet bombing of densely populated areas of Mariupol", intelligence noted.
