Currently the fire is spreading, there are explosions. Emergency services have arrived.

At the same time, the Russian News Agency TASS claims that the fire occurred on the car service territory.

"Fuel canisters are exploding inside the car service center, the roof partially collapsed. Car tires are also stored inside the building," their message said.

Two people are blocked by fire on the second floor of the building, firefighters are making their way to them, it was added.

It should be noted that the Research Institute of Precision Instruments develops and manufactures radio control channels for naval and aviation missile weapons.
