Belarusian offensive will rely on Russian military involvement - Defense Express expert Ryabikh

Valery Ryabikh, director of development of the information and consulting company Defense Express, told Espresso TV.

"It will be possible to talk about a real threat of an offensive from Belarus, when an increase in the concentration of Russian troops will be noticed. I suspect that in order to ensure a certain offensive fighting spirit of the Belarusian units, which will be forced in the event of a decision by the top military-political leadership about possible hostilities against Ukraine, then without the direct participation of the units of the Russian Federation, I would not talk at all about the possibility of an offensive by Belarus," he said.
