Belarus concentrates 6 battalions on Ukraine border

This is stated by the Main Directorate of Intelligence with reference to its representative Vadym Skibitskyi.

Intelligence reports that Belarus has concentrated mechanized and airborne battalions of the so-called Special Operations Command on the border with Ukraine.

Skibitskyi says that Russia is trying to drag Belarus into an open war with Ukraine.

"Meetings between Putin and Lukashenko are constantly held, where this issue is discussed and Putin is trying to persuade Lukashenko to make this decision," the Main Directorate of Intelligence's representative said. 

He also states that it is not known how long this situation will last.

"How long this situation will last will depend on how events will develop at the front and, in general, how events will develop in Russia's war against our country," Vadym Skibitskyi said.
