Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbas repelled 10 invader attacks, destroyed 3 tanks, 3 artillery systems and an armored personnel carrier - General Staff

As noted, the most active actions of the enemy are recorded in the Slobozhansky and Donetsk directions.

In the Volhynia, Polissya and Siversk directions, the invader did not take active actions. There is a movement, probably, of individual support units of the 35th and 36th combined arms armies of the Eastern Military District. Trucks, special vehicles and tankers move to loading areas.

In the Slobozhansky direction, the invaders continue to conduct combat operations by forces of individual units from the 6th and 20th combined arms armies, the 1st tank army of the Western military district, the 35th and 36th combined arms armies and the 68th army corps of the Eastern military district, airborne troops, coastal troops of the Baltic and northern fleets.

The main efforts of the invader are concentrated on regrouping and strengthening the grouping of troops, continuing the partial blockade of the city of Kharkiv and shelling them with artillery.

The invader has concentrated up to 22 battalion tactical groups in the area of ​​the town of Izyum. The main efforts of the invader are concentrated on holding the previously occupied positions and the achieved lines. In order to strengthen the grouping in the indicated direction, the deployment of additional units from the 35th Combined Arms Army is noted.

The intensification of invader operations in the direction of the settlements of Izyum and Barvinkove ​​with the aim of reaching the rear of the units of the Joint Forces in the area of ​​the city of Slavyansk is not ruled out.

In the Donetsk and Tauride directions, the invader is trying to hold the occupied territories. It focuses his main efforts on taking control of the settlements of Popasna and Rubizhne, establishing full control over the city of Mariupol. Takes measures to restore combat capability and replenish ammunition. Tries to improve tactical position. Continues shelling in most directions.

No significant changes in the situation were noted in the Severodonetsk direction, the invader increased the intensity of the fire impact in order to inflict losses, exhaust our troops and possibly prepare for offensive operations.

In the Popasnyansky direction, the invader exerts a constant fire on the units of our troops. The forces of motorized rifle units, in cooperation with the battalion of one of the private military companies, are trying to improve the tactical situation, move deeper into the village of Popasna. Doesn't succeed.

In the area of ​​​​the city of Toretsk, the invader continues to exert periodic fire effects in order to exhaust our troops.  Preparations for the intensification of hostilities in the Avdiivka area.

In the South Bug direction, the invader’s actions were characterized by carrying out measures to restore combat capability, replenish stocks, equip positions in the areas of the settlements of Lyubymivka, Petrivka, Kreshchenivka and strengthen their forward positions, probably by units of the mobilization reserve of the 1st and 2nd army corps.

It is expected that the invader will continue to conduct hostilities in order to reach the administrative borders of the Kherson region and will try to resume the offensive.

In the waters of the Sea of ​​Azov, the invader ship grouping continues to carry out tasks to block the port of Mariupol and provide fire support in the coastal direction.

Taking into account the presence of Russian warships armed with Kalibr sea-based cruise missiles in the Black Sea, an increased level of threat of the use of missile weapons by the invaders at the objects of the military-industrial complex and logistics infrastructure remains.

On the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions over the past day, ten invader attacks were repulsed, three tanks, one armored personnel carrier, one unit of special equipment, two vehicles and three artillery systems of the invader were destroyed, one armored personnel carrier of the invaders was captured.

Over the previous day, the grouping of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit seven air targets: one aircraft, one helicopter, three UAVs and two cruise missiles.
