An analogue of the Donetsk "Isolation" for torture appeared in Kherson - Denisova

An analogue of the Donetsk "Isolation" appeared in Kherson to torture people who disagree with the occupation. Activists with a pro-Ukrainian position are kidnapped in the city

This was announced by the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights Lyudmyla Denisova.

It is known that as of April 13, 137 people are held hostage by the Russian invaders. Among them are 4 journalists.

"Residents note that an analogue of the Donetsk "Isolation" has appeared in Kherson to torture those who disagree with the occupation regime", Denisova wrote.

The region is also on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe. In addition, 106 settlements are left without electricity.

The invaders seized a humanitarian hub in Kherson, organized to help the residents and medical institutions of the region. The invaders took away medicines, baby food and diapers.

"There is less and less food and medicine, and the Russian invaders are taking the last thing from the population. There are no vital medicines for people with oncology or diabetes in the region at all", the Ombudswoman added.
